The thought of removing a tooth can leave you feeling nervous. But sometimes it is in your best interest to get a tooth removed.
An unrestorable tooth can cause more damage to the gums and adjacent teeth and bone.
Wisdom teeth are the last tooth to erupt in the mouth and can come at any age after 18 years.
These teeth are most unpredictable in their pattern of eruption. Sometimes the space is not enough for these teeth and they have to be sacrificed. Sometimes the position of the tooth is at such an angle that they cannot erupt straight in the mouth and cause pressure on the remaining teeth.
This pressure is so much that it causes severe pain radiating to the ear, whole jaw and may also lead to headaches. This pressure can also push other teeth and cause overlapping.
